Because we are expanding substantially, we are looking for highly motivated entry-level professionals to fill our Entry-Level Sales Representative role in hopes of finding an individual we can polish into the next Branch Management position. We specialize in acquiring new business accounts in the greater Vancouver area for our clients. In addition, we are contracted to maintain existing customer relationships on behalf of our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Assist our clients in the acquisition and retention of business customers by developing tailored strategies that meet their specific needs and goals.

  • Manage communication between clients and their target market, ensuring clear, consistent, and effective messaging that resonates with the audience.

  • Conduct one-on-one sales presentations to potential business customers, showcasing the value and benefits of our products and services.

  • Oversee territory management and organization, optimizing coverage and ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

  • Focus on account retention by building strong, lasting relationships with clients and providing ongoing support and solutions to meet their evolving needs.

  • Aid in the training and development of other team members by sharing knowledge and expertise, after meeting certain performance metrics and demonstrating proven success in sales and customer management.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's or Associate's degree is preferred, showcasing a strong educational foundation.

  • Prior experience in customer service or sales is highly valued, demonstrating practical knowledge and skills in engaging with clients and driving sales.

  • Excellent social skills and social awareness are essential for building and maintaining positive relationships with clients and colleagues.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities are crucial for addressing challenges and finding effective solutions.
